Welcome to RADMAC

Home of the Raydon and District Model Aircraft Club (est. 1956)

RADMAC is affiliated to the British Model Flying Association and the club currently has a fixed membership of 65 members.  The membership is currently full and there is a waiting list of fellow modellers keen to join the club.  The airfield itself is the ideal place to fly with plenty of wide open space and the ground team do an excellent job in maintaining the runway throughout the year allowing members to fly any day of the week.

This site is primarily for the use of club members as a source of information, but also has a great selection of images of all the members models and some events we’ve held at the club.

  • Membership Renewals 2024

    Just a reminder that to retain your membership for the 2024 season you will need to renew your membership by the 31st December 2023. You can do this using two methods.

    Hi everyone, the forum is upon and running as you know. We have a couple of posts in the For Sale section if anyone is interested. I encourage you all to use the forum, so far we have only 20 members (including moderators) who have accessed it

    A Video Gallery has been added to the site, currently linked to You Tube videos that have been filmed at Raydon or are members models being flown elsewhere. If you’d like to add videos to the gallery that are currently on the web please send me the
