Privacy Policy

The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) takes effect on 25th May 2018.  As the Raydon and District Model Club holds data relating to you, we are legally obliged to inform you of what data we hold for you.

In the process of carrying out the club’s business, the club’s database holds certain items of your personal information within our system.  This can include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, mobile numbers, bank details, etc.

This information is kept securely on a password protected computer database.  IT systems contain firewalls and virus protection.  Any Paper records are only kept where necessary and if so, are securely filed.  It will only be used when we are communicating directly with you and will never be sold or passed on without your permission.

You have a right of access to the information we hold. If information is incorrect you have the right to ask it to be corrected.  You may also request removal of information which you believe to be no longer required.

The Raydon and District Model Club is asking for your consent to hold and continue to hold information. If you would like to opt out or you believe the information we hold is incorrect please contact us at secretary@radmac.club. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days we will assume that you agree for us to hold this information within the club’s files.
